Service description
DateRelay is a synchronization service that keeps your Google Calendar events and Notion databases in sync. We provide a two-way sync that automatically reflects changes made in either platform. The service is provided by BuyFromUS LLC (United States); “we” and “DateRelay” in these terms mean BuyFromUS LLC.
Account requirements
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use DateRelay. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Beta period
DateRelay is currently in beta. During this period, early users receive access to paid features at no cost. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, and availability as we develop the product. We will provide reasonable notice before any changes that affect your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the service, using automated tools to abuse the API, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Data and permissions
By connecting Google Calendar and Notion, you grant DateRelay permission to read and write data in those services as needed to perform synchronization. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google or Notion account settings, or by disconnecting from DateRelay.
Service availability
We aim to keep DateRelay available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sync delays or temporary outages may occur. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or sync errors.
Limitation of liability
DateRelay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, missed events, or incorrect syncs. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Termination
You can stop using DateRelay at any time. Deleting your account is self-serve: open Settings, then “Delete account” in the Danger zone. That revokes DateRelay’s access to your Google and Notion accounts and permanently deletes your account, your connections, your syncs and their history; your Notion pages and calendar events are not changed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
